Overview

Truckwise ("App") is developed and operated by WiseVault AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS app.

Data We Collect

Data you enter directly

• Load details (freight bill numbers, routes, mileage, pay)
• Fuel purchases (station, gallons, price)
• Expenses (category, amount, vendor)
• Income and bonus entries
• Driver and truck information
• Nights away records

Data stored locally

All data you enter is stored on your device. We do not have access to it.

iCloud Sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Apple's Privacy Policy applies: apple.com/privacy

Camera

Used only for document scanning. Images are stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not transmit or store your images.

Microphone & Speech Recognition

Used only for the AI voice assistant feature to transcribe spoken load and fuel details. Voice audio is processed on-device by Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Transcribed text may be sent to Anthropic's API for field extraction. We do not store voice recordings.

AI Assistant

If you use the voice AI feature, transcribed text is sent to Anthropic (anthropic.com) for processing. Anthropic's Privacy Policy applies. No personal identifying information is included in these requests — only the spoken trucking data you provide.

Purchases & Subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed through Apple. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives your App Store purchase receipt to verify subscription status. RevenueCat's Privacy Policy applies: revenuecat.com/privacy

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not track your location
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete the app. iCloud data is managed through your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

Truckwise is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
