Common questions
How do I back up my data?
Enable iCloud Sync in Settings → General → iCloud Sync. Your data will sync automatically across your devices.
How do I export my data?
Go to the Tax tab → Reports → Export. You can export to PDF or spreadsheet format.
What is Lifetime Pro?
A one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited loads, fuel entries, expenses, and all Pro features permanently.
What is iCloud Sync?
A monthly or annual subscription that enables automatic cloud backup and sync across multiple devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Truckwise → Cancel.
How do I restore a purchase?
Go to Settings → General → Restore Purchases.
My data disappeared — what happened?
If iCloud Sync is enabled, check your iCloud connection. If not using iCloud, data is stored locally and is not backed up automatically. We recommend enabling iCloud Sync or using the JSON export feature regularly.
