Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using Truckwise, Farmwise, The Garage, or any other software published by WiseVault AI ("the Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Apps.

License

WiseVault AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Apps;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Apps;
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings;
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose.

Your records and your responsibility

The Apps are tools to help you keep your own records — for your business, your vehicles, or both. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter;
• Backing up your data through exports or iCloud sync;
• Any tax, legal, financial, or maintenance decisions you make based on app outputs.

The Apps are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making business or vehicle-safety decisions.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

User-generated content (The Garage)

The Garage allows you to share photos and posts about your vehicles to social networks. You retain all rights to content you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any photos, names, or other content. WiseVault AI does not host, store, or moderate content shared to third-party social networks.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseVault AI and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
